Dear
Parents and Students,
Early Dismissal at 2:10 PM.
In the Fall, we will closely monitor the
temperature in the building. Our students will be dismissed
at 2:10pm on days that the temperature exceeds our pre-determined
threshold. This decision is made at 12:00pm daily. Once the decision has
been made, all local channels (listed below) will be contacted to
broadcast the information.
If you are unable to receive the announcement by
radio or television, you can either call the school or check the
website. It will be put online as soon as we are cancelling.
We all hope that the unbearable weather we have been dealing with
has now passed. If it has not, then at least a plan of
action has been established. Thank you for all of your
support.
